I do not understand the motive of this site. It is a PTC site and its click rate is very very low. Initially the minimum pay out was 0.01$ but after a few days they have increased that to 4$ and now they have again reduced it to 2$. The ownership has also been changed.

In that case if what you say about the site is true then, they're likely to become scam sooner than later. It's a stay clear program for now.
