I received $0.14 from a sender,but I got nothing at last, because the fee is $0.14. why? because the sender chose purchase
option when he sent money to me. Please choose Personal Option, or you will lose some money even your PP is a personal account.

Dude if you have upgraded your account then you will be charged a fees but if you have not upgraded your account then no fees will b charged

Did you mean that it is better to use Personal account than Premier or Business account in Paypal?

When signing up for a paypal account you'll only see three options there: personal, business and premier. So which do you suggest is the best.

Best way is to choose the personal accout and use them for various purposes where transections are below 500$ per month.I am doing the same there and making payments and receivig too.

I also registered under personal account since I am just a single entity and I use it for receiving payments from various programs that I'm earning with. So I suggest you get personal account only as well
